Baked Fish

baked-fish Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1) 1-2 pound fish*

2) 2 teaspoons ABRAHAM ROSA SEASONINGS “ALL PURPOSE RUB”

3) 3 tablespoons slightly softened margarine or butter

4) Lime wedges

5) Sprigs of fresh dill

PREPARATION:

  • Clean fish for cooking, leaving on both head and tail.
  • Rub inside and outside with ABRAHAM ROSA SEASONINGS “ALL PURPOSE RUB”.
  • Spread 3 tablespoons of margarine or butter over entire surface of fish.
  • Place fish in baking dish and bake at 350 degress until it is done (approximately 40 minutes).
  • Baste fish during baking for finest Caribbean flavor.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and sprigs of fresh dill.

*Snapper, flounder, or trout is recommended. Fresh or frozen fillets may be substituted, adjusting cooking times accordingly.
